Terms and Conditions

Bookings policy:

Bookings for classes and private lessons are non-refundable. Classes and private lessons are valid for the length specified as per time of booking.  Make Up Sessions can be booked up to 1 hour in advance of the class starting by contacting the instructor via email or telephone. If you would like to cancel a Private lesson you must contact the instructor 8 hours in advance to ensure you are not charged in
full for your lesson.
A block booking is usually 6 weeks long. It is not possible to sign up on a 'pay as you go' basis,  i.e only pay for the lessons you can make.
Make up lessons are available should you not be able to attend your regular class.

A Person's purchase of a block of lessons  is valid to that individual only. Students cannot  share  a purchase with another person.

Cancellation policy:

Private classes/one-to-ones: We require 8 hours notice should you wish to cancel your appointment. You will not be charged if you inform us within the specified notice period.  Any notice after this time will entail a late cancellation charge being applied, which is the sum of a full lesson. You can cancel yourself by contacting the instructor.
Group Sessions:  You won't be able to use
the make up option if you don't notify the instructor at all of your absence. Extreme circumstances will be taken into consideration.
*The 8 hour cancellation window only applies to Private classes/one-to-ones that are not pre paid.

Payment can be made by BACS, cheque or cash. Payments should be made on time, no later than the scheduled date set by the instructor.
Delayed payments may result in you loosing your reserved spot.

Refund Policy:

All classes and private lessons are non-refundable. Classes and private lessons are valid for the length set out in the T&Cs (please see the table above). If you cancel a class or private lesson outside the notice period, you will be charged in full for the class or private lesson. If you cancel a class or private lesson within the notice period , you will be in credit and can then rebook your class or private lesson as long as it is still valid.
